10/15/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Contacted occupant regarding the permits. Occupant states the repairs to the damage was made by the Property Mgmt. Contacted Property Mgmt listed on paper work. Call SAZ 25th LLC rep states they no longer manage this property. Under new management. Contacted new management. Explained the repairs to the fire damage rental no permit was pulled. Manager to contact to Contractor regarding the lack of permit.
