06/16/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Owner hit the interior garage wall just under the base of the water heater. Dry wall cracked. TPD turned off the gas. They stated they did not smell any gas. Interior wall cracked inside the house along the edges. Water on the floor inside the house. The bathroom was on the other side of the wall where the car hit and knocked the toilet bowl off the plumbing system and off the base. Bathroom drywall is also cracked along the wall. No electrical in any of the walls. Issued a notice to obtain permits for the repair to the wall and to have a Licensed Plumber repair the plumbing in the bathroom as well as to evaluate the water heater before turning it back on. Owner has two bathrooms in the house.
