06/10/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site with TFD, property maintenance and property manager for a call to an emergency call for multiple residential structure (mobile homes) fire. Upon arrival the mobile home was observed to have sustained extensive fire damage throughout the structure. The fire resulted in significant destruction of the roof assembly, exterior walls, interior living areas, electrical systems, plumbing components and structural framing members. The damage observed throughout the entirety of the mobile home, rendering the structure unsafe and unsuitable for human occupancy. The mobile home appears to be a total loss due to the extent of fire, smoke, heat and water damage. The structure presents a threat to public health and safety due to compromised structural integrity, potential electrical hazards, exposed building material and risk of unauthorized entry. There is an excessive amount of fire damaged debris scattered throughout the property. Southwest gas confirmed no service at this unit. TEP has removed service/meter. Water was turned off by property maintenance. Unable to locate owner of mobile home/possibly vacant. Property manager has taken responsibility and secured structure. All necessary paperwork was handed and signed by property manager. "Do not enter" signs placed on fence. Permits required for all repairs, reconnects or demos must be obtained with 60 days. All repairs or demos must be completed by a licensed contractor.
