06/09/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Called out to site by TPD. Both units of the structure are vacant. There is an exposed electrical non metallic sheathed cable which has the sheathing removed or degraded to where the conductors and ground of the cable are exposed to the elements on the east wall near the water heater, wire did not test live. There is an electrical outlet with uncovered non metallic sheathed cable exposed to the elements to the north of this on the same wall. The water heater is removed and otherwise not connected, needs to be reinstalled or replaced. The HVAC equipment has all been cannibalized and requires repair or replacement. All work shall be completed by licensed contractors with issued permits within 60 days. -VM
