End Date Description Inspector Results Comments
06/10/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed On site inspection due to Tucson Police calling for a wellness check. It was observed that there is outdoor storage under a dual carport consisting of household items, boxes, and other miscellaneous items which is all viewable from the public right of way. During the inspection, the structure was found to be without an adequate potable water supply necessary for human occupancy. It was observed during the inspection that there were multiple fowl cages blocking entrance and egress from the front door and back door to give safe and unobstructed means of egress to ensure occupant safety. The structure also contains animal feces, feathers, bedding materials, and feed residue throughout the living areas. Strong odors associated with animal waste were detected, and fly activity was observed within the structure. These conditions create an unsanitary environment conductive to the spread of disease, attraction of pests, and adverse health impacts to possible occupants. Front and rear doors were secured through city contractor to prevent unauthorized access. Notice of violation sent in the mail.
08/21/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On-site inspection. The violations for refuge and debris stored in the carport have been abated at the time of the inspection. Storage in the front yard and under the carport have been abated, at the time of the inspection. Will follow up in another 30 days.
