Stated the unit's AC was fixed on 6/9/2026 after the complaint had already been filed with this office. Complainant contacted this office again to advise the AC unit had been repaired; however, there is still water leaking from the area of the AC unit in the ceiling into the apartment. A code inspector will be sent to conduct an investigation.
