06/18/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Onsite at property with property manage and tenant inspected unit in question and surrounding units in addition to unit on opposite side of complex all had average reading of 77F with 102 degrees exterior temp which is acceptable per code. I will follow up in 30 days to ensure that maintenance has been done and cooling system inspected to ensure continued operation.
