06/11/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site with homeowner for a emergency call of an ADU. Emergency personal no longer on scene. Upon inspection of the property the only structure that was affected by the fire was a small peddlers cart in the backyard. There was a small area of debris left from the burned cart that is secured by a wall and fencing. Owners have already begun to clean up. This was detached and away from the home. No utilities were installed or affected by the fire. No further action by code enforcement at this time.
