There is a strong smell of filth and feces coming out of the home at the front where an AC unit is vented out, and out of the rear door. The front door lacks door hardware. The electrical panel in the rear is missing the dead front. There is an outlet wired out of the panel covered in electrical tape. There is an extension cord coming out of the ground, it is unclear where it is going to. The rear yard is full of trash and debris and there are make shift structures at the rear of the property that are being occupied by individuals. While on site, there are many individuals coming and going from the rear structures. -VM |
