06/04/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed At the time of inspection, the inside air temperature was 77 and 78 degrees with the central A/C running and the window unit was not turned on when I was on-site. The tenant told me that the maintenance crew came to her unit after my phone call from 6-3-26 and repaired the A/C. She stated that it turns on and cuts off sometimes. It did not do it when I was on-site. I measured 3 rooms in her unit and the highest temperature reading was 79 degrees, at which time I informed the tenant that this temperature is within the city's standard.
