06/17/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Property is completely fenced off with a padlock on the gate. Property is located in an HR-3 zone, the structure is old adobe. Pima County Assessor site shows the structure was built in 1908. 3 structures located on the lot. 2 are old adobe the back structure appears to be a large shed. Pictures uploaded in to the system.
06/17/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Buildings are contributors to the Armory Park HPZ, which means that demolition would require Full Historic review and ultimately Mayor & Council approval.
