The trash and debris included dog feces and miscellaneous items and is located in the front area near and inside the carport, as well as on the ground of the property. There are two additional sheds that do not appear on the property site plan and do not have a permit or a compliance review. The structure that is addressed as 4502 has an electrical extension cord coming from the inside to the outside. I also observed overgrown vegetation on the property in the rear alley, the front, and inside of the fenced area behind the main structure. I could not gain access to the property and therefore could not verify if someone was residing within the secondary structure which does appear to be permitted as a residence and is separately addressed as 4502 E 17th St. Also observed a dilapidated wooden fence that is in need of repair or replacement and several unpermitted shade structures located on the property towards the west of the property and in the front near the driveway and carport areas. |
