07/03/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation NOV was issued for the repair of the damages caused by the vehicle through the building. I condemned the building due to the lack of water and I cut the power at the circuit breaker. I also had TEP cut the power at the source in order to prevent the owner from turning the electricity back on due to extensive water accumulation throughout the building. The water accumulation was approximately 4 inches from the floor surface.
