There is damage to roof structural members in this area. Electric conductors are burned and bare in the ceiling area. The ceiling is missing in this area. There is water damage throughout the unit in this area and in the bedroom at the north portion of the structure. The bedroom and bathroom have also sustained smoke damage. Unit unit has work completed without permits to include a water heater installation and a mini split AC system that shall be permitted prior to rehabitation of the unit. Property manager on site had a worker enroute to secure the unit and did sign the NAO. Posted unit unsafe to occupy and issued EAOV to resident on site. Southwest gas was still on site and was working to remove the gas meter. Electric is off at the main disconnect as the unit is sub metered. Gas meter was removed prior to my departure from the scene. Unit is to be repaired or demolished under permit with use of a licensed contractor. -VM |
