06/04/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Called out to site by TFD. Fire occurred in the roof area and attic at the north side of the dwelling. Drywall has been removed in the unit from the ceiling. Damage to the wood siding on the exterior above the brick wall of the structure tp to the roof. The suds of the carport on the north side of the structure are becoming detached from the structure. There is electric work done without permits to include AC units installed with new electrical ran to them on the north and south side of the home. TEP disconnected power at the meter. There was a man on site who stated he is the on site maintenance, he was able to close and lock the front door and secure the structure. He did sign the Notice and Order. Building was posted Unsafe to Occupy w/ NOV for work without permits. Permits are required for repairs with use of a licensed contractor. -VM
