Did go to the site and the property is cleaned through out. The property is vacant and secured and will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. 06/30/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation The house has been a banded and was opened at the garage area. Was able to have the house secured while on site and did the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and the N.O.V. to Vacate next to it. The house has been emptied and has only trash and debris inside the house. Has a pile of trash and debris by the sidewalk in the front of the house. The trash container were full and were emptied out while on site. Will do N.O.V. RV.
