06/30/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Central cooling is not working properly and has been given a window unit and placed in the living room. The AC and water heater have been replaced with new and has no permits for new install. The unit felt cool while on the property. Did talk to the management and they have someone coming today to check the unit. Not able to check the condender unit and might be on the roof. Did let the management know that the permit is required for the new install on the water heater and the AC split system install inside the unit in a mechanical room. Will do N.O.V. RV.
