06/16/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Met with the brother in law who has paperwork on being the conservatorship for the for the property and the owner is in jail at this time and being evaluated. T.P.D. was on site and went over on what is happening with the property and what is going to be done with the property. The rear door was opened to let the brother in law go inside to check the condition of the house. The interior will be emptied out and cleaned to check on selling the house. Did go over that the house needs to be secured at all times and if respond to have the property secured that the option of the brother in law going in and out will be removed. They asked on the fencing and did state that they can let me know when the fence needs to be removed and again will need to keep the property secured. Remove the plywood from the gate area and the brother in law locked the doors with the keys. Did get a copy of the paperwork giving the brother in law the conservatorship rights. Will not be monitoring the site unless a call comes in. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated. RV.
