Did talk to the tenants son who is the one selling from the garage outside of house and the mom is not home. Did warn that they can not have any more yard sale this year due to that I have been to 2-when selling and 2-when leaving the items out and now today. I have talk to the mom who is the main tenant on lease and served her the N.O.V. and she understood. Took pictures if going to do the citation and will send a N.O.V. to the owner again. RV. |
