06/13/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Met with the owner and the owner is installing brick pavers in the rear yard to help drain the water out the rear yard. Does have a wood frame Tuff Shed from Home Depot in the rear yard and was approved by the H.O.A. but has no approval by Planning and Development Services Department. They did call and was told that a permit was not required and went over that Zoning needs to give approval and will issue a permit and no inspection will be done. Has no electrical or plumbing and being used as a storage room only. Approx. 12' x 16' Will do N.O.V. RV.
