06/23/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The wiring has been removed and the life line has been replaced with new. The outlet has also been replaced and will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
06/13/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Went to the site per Text. The office called that needed to take Aaron, John and Vidin to the site when checking the electrical system. The property is a mobile home and has a life line that is dried out exposing the wiring. They have added a interior rated wire also the meter base disconnect and that has also dried out and the exterior coating has dried out and peeling from the wiring. The wiring will need to be replaced with a new life line from the mobile home to the disconnect breaker and the wire nuts that are connected. Did meet with the manager and she is aware of the issues on the wiring but the owner of the mobile home wants the mobile home park to do the work and they pay of it. Did let the manager know that the work being required is on the owner of the mobile home side and the electrical meter base has no issues on the install. Will meet with the maintenance on site tomorrow to check behind the meter when removed to check how the wiring was done. The owner of the mobile home was not on site. Met with the supervisor Laurie Pumphery on meeting tomorrow and doing a 5-days to vacate to have the work done. RV.
