CWOP / Electrical in ceiling, there are light hung in parts area and shop from J box, with no conduit. Outlets installed throughout building. They ran underground sewer from kitchen are to the traing room sink. In addition PEX pipe was used. There were walls taken down and moved, some of which I believe we're load bearing. There are new rolling gates, and spikes on wal, along with a new block wall that was put in at back side of yard. A cage was welded into place from beams to secure product.
