06/08/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Went to the site and not able to enter the property due to a dog was on the property. Has a large pile of trash and debris dumped in the front of the masonry wall. The Brush and Bulky has passed and next pick up is in October. Did call the listed owner and she called back and has sold the house. She does not have the name of the new owner and will check to find out. Will call back with info. Has a new AC split system with the condenser on the roof. Will check for permits. RV.
06/16/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Property was cleaned by the Brush and Bulky crew on Wednesday and the area is cleaned. Will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
