06/06/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Knocked at residents door no answer. Met w/staff at office. Staff had a maintenance request sitting on the desk regarding the occupant. The Manager went through each items. Back door (occupant wants a door with a window that cost $800) The current door doesn't have a window. Owner won't approve this. Door knob was addressed by maintenance staff. Dishwasher leaking (city does not enforce appliances). Venting for washer and dryer. Occupant recently purchased a washer and dryer, hook ups don't fit. Property mgmt. is having maintenance install the correct attachments for vent. Something burnt in closet? Mgmt. said it was a small cosmetic issue that will not be addressed. Hole in ceiling. Maintenance fixed a leak and left the ceiling open to allow inside the ceiling to dry before closing the ceiling. This will prevent mold for growing. The rental unit did not come with blinds. Closing case. Property management is addressing the issued renter complained about.
