Address is not displayed on structure as required by code. Light fixture by front door is removed, wires are capped. There are two approximately 5 ft tall by 3 ft wide by 3 ft depth rain barrels at north side of property. Contact on site with owner. She states the curb cut was permitted in 2012 and produced receipt for permit number T12EX00448. She states rain barrels are 350 gallons each. Rain barrels under 1000 gallons do not require a permit. I did not observe any mosquitoes while on site for over 30 minutes. A search of the activity number shows a permit was issued for the curb cut on August 16, 2012. Owner did turn off power to the wires at the front of the house and was instructed to leave power off until the light fixture is replaced. Will issue a notice of violation for remaining items. -VM | |
