There is unsafe unsanitary conditions in unit 1 that include, refuse and debris about 3ft in height throughout that affected egress from doors and windows, infestation of rodents and insects to include active nests and spider webs, exposed wires and fixtures, there is damage to doors and windows that impeded proper securing of property, there is interior damage to drywall and ceiling, there are several broken windows and doors, there is damage to roof that appears to be water damage on ES of structure that has severely dilapidated roof on main structure and porch area. In addition there was a active water leak that has compromised integrity of main electrical pedestal and panel to property affecting both units. TEP was called out to secure power due to hazard, power cut at service overhead line and meters removed. Both units 1 and 2 property condemned due to electrical hazards and compromised pedestal. Emergency abatement and identification form signed by owner. Do not occupy posted in front of property. TPD boarded up property, |
