06/04/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed On site, I did observe evidence of dead roaches in the kitchen. However, I did not smell a foul odor in the unit. There were some odors, but I could not determine whether it was from a sewer or anything else. I did not observe leaks, or any other evidence of backed up sewer lines in the area. I left my business card for management to return my phone call. I will have management treat the unit for roaches and make sure the unit stays on the regular spray list.
