05/20/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site at property with TPD and later maintenance. A car impacted the building, damaging the meter on the exterior of the building to Unit A106. The impact did not penetrate a hole or cause visible structural damages at this time. UNIT A106 is vacant at this time. Maintenance later confirmed with CE and isolated the power to have damaged meter off until repairs are complete from the outside electrical box, breakers. Before turning off power, UNIT A106 AND UNIT A206 (unit above 106, second floor) still had functioning power in their units. Permits required, work/repairs by the car accident shall be done by a licensed electrician. Keep power off to UNIT A106 and keep vacant until restoration is complete. Maintenance worker signed formed.
