According to the approved site plan, the wall is being constructed along the south side of the property and is approximately 7 feet in height. The wall is located approximately 12 feet from the property line and appears to be approximately 300 feet in length. Based on site observations, it appears the wall may be intended to facilitate access for the resident of 5825 S. 6th Ave to the property located at 5833 S. 6th Ave. The parcel at 5833 S. 6th Ave appears to be landlocked or otherwise isolated from direct access. It also appears that the owner of 5805 S. 6th Ave is allowing the occupant of 5833 S. 6th Ave to use a portion of their property as an access route to reach their parcel.
