05/22/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On-site property inspection. There were two violations with this property. It was observed that there is a jaguar car with flat tires, the flat tires are on the passenger side, front and rear. The other violation that was observed is unattended vegetation; there is grass and weeds in excess of 6 inches in height. Notice of violation sent in the mail.
07/06/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site inspection. The junk motor vehicle is still in violation and is stored in the front yard citation will be issued. There is still violations for grass and weeds in the front yard of the property, for exceeding 6 inches in height.
