05/26/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Observed a dead tree at tis property. The tree did have a newly constructed tree house attached to it.
09/15/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Owner was in contact with me about the dead tree in his backyard. I explained to him that he needs to cut the tree and get rid of the the tree house. I also advised him to contact PDSD to see if he can get the tree house permitted. So far no movement on either
