There were observed violations for possible permit violations due to a lift being installed and a carport being enclosed as a shed. These would be violations for not having an updated site plan initially. If there is violations, a notice a violation will be sent in the mail.
05/26/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site follow up inspection. I met with the homeowner and went over the residential shed permitting guide. I explained everything to be done. I will work with the homeowner to accomplish getting the permit to update the site plan.
