05/05/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Spoke to owner regarding complaint. Owner states the ground wire was touching metal. They disconnected the circuit. The occupant gave them an hour to fix the problem. They were not able to fix the problem within that time span. Occupant said she would allow them to fix it today 5/5/26 this evening. Currently they are waiting for her to call so they can fix the problem. The owner will obtain a permit for the repair in the mean time. I tried calling the occupant. Occupants phone does not have VM set up.
