05/06/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Property owner does not beleive he is responsible for the licensure of the peddlers on his property. He indicated that rwo of the vendors are currently operating and there are no active licenses on PRO. I am emailing him an NOV and Peddler permit packet.
06/17/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation All peddler permits are in resubmittal status, however, plans have been submitted that will change the zoning designation making a peddler permit redundent. These plans are under review and until there is a resolution on the submitted plans for rezoning, I will extend this deadline.
