Commercial 2 story unit fire. Structure fire was isolated to one bottom floor bedroom on the northside. The bedroom has fire, smoke and possible charring to electrical outlet and electrical wiring. There are two inspection holes in the ceiling of the one bedroom. There is a small amount of water in the bedroom and throughout the bottom floor. No visible water damage. Electricity was disconnect from the room at the electrical panel in the closet by the COT housing and development Tech. There is no visible damage to the upstairs. Unit was condemned. Repairs must be done by a license contractor. Permit will be required for repairs. COT Housing and Development Tech and Tenant secured property. |
