05/24/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Called out to site by TFD. Per fire captain, the crews were responding to a medical call at unit 426. When coming around the corner heading north from unit 413, they attempted taking a corner in front of unit 411, and were unable to navigate the corner due to what appears to be a metal ramp constructed along the two stair drop from the north/south corridor to the east/west corridor. The window of unit 411 was broken as a result of a gurney hitting the window. The metal ramp is bolted into the brick support of the building, and is laying on the walkway/deck. The ramp appears to block egress and appears to be constructed without a permit. While on site, contractor replaced broken window at unit 411. Spoke with receptionist and obtained contact information for management. Will require additional research and follow up. -VM
09/04/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Followup - no site visit. Spoke with Director of Facilities, he is looking into modifying the ramp to be code compliant with a permit. Advsd will extend compliance date until 09/30/2025 -VM
