There is a residential fire code enforcement request that turned into crime scene. Code enforcement was called back by TFD . On site with inspector Tidwell. TFD, TPD, TEP and Southwest gas are no longer on scene. The structure has sustained extensive fire damage. The back walls/ wood paneling, insulation, roof and roof line are destroyed. Multiple AC units have been destroyed. Exterior Electrical meter box is destroyed and several electrical wires are bare and burnt .Gas water heater is damaged and does not have a proper flue. Wrought iron security window and door are damaged and window is broken. There is water damage throughout the interior. Southwest Gas has removed gas meter. TEP has isolated service. Owner has agreed to secure front door. City contractor was called to secured property. Property was secured with 3x7 door pin on rear door and RV in the backyard with 3x7 door pin and 1-2x2 window. Structure was condemned. Permits are required for all repairs. |
