Unit is without electric power. Permits required for utilities, mini splits, water heater, and porch area. Unit is unfit to occupy since it is without power and alternations on unit are without permits. Condemnation. Electrical pedestal is damaged and unsafe. It needs to be de-energized. Property manager stated they will have the power turned off to Unit and obtain the proper permits to reconnect power. | |
