| 05/27/2025 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | Completed | On site at property, damaged sidewalk affecting this establishment and the establishment directly north is present on the western edge of the property. | |
| 10/02/2025 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | In Violation | The neighboring property paid 15,000 to repair the buckled sidewalk and even repaired an affected portion of the sidewalk that was not the responsibility of McDonalds or the contractor and absorbed the cost of the additional panel repaired. Terry Dahlstrom has not pursued communicating with me regarding the repairs to the sidewalk abutting his property. According to the right of way inspector (see activities for name and info), Terry bullied the contractor into filling cracks in the concrete with epoxy instead of paying to repair the panel itself as the neighboring property did. The same inspector pointed out that the panel that is still defective is not up to code, regardless of the epoxy patch and I agree. New photos were taken and a citation will be completed. |
