07/08/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Rinnai tankless water heater installed (permits have not been issued yet ), shingles changed from red to light grey to dark blue, small window removed at the back end of the house. The rest of the windows appear to be older style wooden windows with a latch. Will send Historical Division a message getting input on these items identified before sending out a notice.
09/11/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Contacted owner on 9/10/25. Discussed the status of the case. Followed up with an e-mail sent to the owner with attachements of the notice of violation. 11/21/25 followed up. Sent Property Mgr email inquiring about the status of their submittal back to the city.
