05/22/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation I did observe 5 individuals residing inside of this property that would be considered a group facility. I confirmed that 14 individuals are residing in the home. I did not observe a posted C of O for the occupation classification, no lit exit signs were present at any of the door exits. I did observe one fire escape plan that was posted on the wall near the rear entrance. I spoke with the individuals in the home and they informed me that they are there to participate in a sober living program. I also spoke with the owner of the property and a representative of Ernest House who stated that he would contact PDSD zoning to obtain the proper paperwork needed to keep these individuals housed in this location.
