Prior to arrival, Southwest Gas pinned the gas meter. Electrical power brakes were off. TEP later, then booted the meter. There was a fire in the porch area and attic area. Structure suffered excessive attic/ceiling/roof damages. Dwelling is flooded with water from TFD putting out the fire in the attic. Dwelling is unsafe for living conditions from fire damages. Condemnation. Permits required. Owner/responsible party signed documents for securement and permits required for restoration and reconnect of the utilities. |
