Same goes for the entrance wood planking that was added, it was sturdy enough for me to jump up and down on it. The owner stated that this was only temporary until he could have the concrete replaced. The wires in the complaint were not exposed. Only the outer plastic sheathing that bundles the other wires was slightly frayed, however the wiring inside the main sheathing were not exposed and still covered in plastic sheathing. I only recommended to the owner to wrap the main sheathing in electrical tape. |
