05/29/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed I could not verify if the establishment was offering a full body massages. The building did not have any customers there when I arrived and only one worker was inside this location. The building was in the process of being painted on the inside and other minor repairs to some dry wall. I explained to her the situation and informed her that no business should be conducted there until they get the proper license and C of O. and I would be sending a citation to the owner of the property.
