05/14/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Wall located on the north side of hotel property is damaged. Electrical conduit located on wall has detached from the support a result of the wall damage. Some of the outlets on the wall are the weather protective cover is missing. Junction box cover on the light fixture located at the end of the wall is missing. Met with property mgr and managers supervisor. Walked the area and discussed the violations. Will send a notice to property owner.
07/01/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Issued nov to remove the tree branches and to repair or remove the damaged chainlink fence.
