There is an accumulation of excessive weeds and unintended vegetation on property, and all around property, curb, in rear etc. There is an inoperable vehicle on property. Carport has an accumulation of outdoor storage. Attempted to speak to homeowner or tenant. There were uncooperative, non-compliant and used harsh, inappropriate language towards the situation and the complaint.
11/19/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site at property. There is not an accumulation of weeds at this time. Violations abated at this time. Case closed.
