| 05/17/2024 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | Did not observe anyone living inside of the R/V. I stayed on-site for approximately 40 minutes and I did not hear the typical noise you would hear if a R/V was plugged in for operational use nor did I hear the A/C in operation. All of the windows and doors were closed on the R/V. I also knocked on the door and did not get an answer so I left my business card at the door. I also beeped the horn a few times that made all the dogs at the property bark loudly and continuously, which I presumed would have alerted anyone living inside of the R/V and cause them to come outside. No one came out of the R/V, however, someone did come out of the house to calm the dogs down. I attempted to speak with the female that came outside but she did not hear me calling her and went back inside. I received a call from a male who was very irate and yelling. He stated that no one lives in R/V, he does go inside of it frequently to clean inside and plugs it in to perform maintenance to make sure it stays operational. I informed him that I would send him a letter concerning the overgrown vegetation on his property, some of which obstructs the sidewalk on the east side of the property. He yelled very loudly, said we knew who it was that complained on him and planned on confronting her. I informed him that the call was anonymous and he should not speculate or take any adverse actions towards anyone. He then asked to speak to my supervisor, which I gave him her name and he screamed loudly and hung up the phone. | |
