THERE WERE NO DEAD TREES OR SHRUBS, THERE WAS NO REFUSE, DEBRIS , OR STORAGE ITEMS. CARPORT WAS EMPTY BUT DID HAVE SOME PERSONAL ITEMS STILL ALLOWING VEHICLES TO PARK IN THE CARPORT. REAR YARD WAS ENCLOSED WITH A 6 FT WOOD FENCE. THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
