05/10/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Observed a hoarding situation at this property. The owners mother had an emergency and TFD was called to respond. While on-site TFD noticed that the property was full of trash and debris inside and out. I also determined that the property was uninhabitable due to the trash, debris, and several electrical outlets were overloaded and were potential fire hazards. The inside of the property was completely filled with trash and debris. I shut off the power and locked the electrical box with a city lock. I also condemned the property due to the unsanitary and uninhabitable conditions. The owner was taken to a facility by TMC3 team. There is already a court order in place to abate the violations
