05/31/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Had fire next door in the living room area and the gas and the electrical was turned off. The unit was checked and has no fire damage to the unit. All the windows and the doors are OK. The roof is shed type and has no attic space. The electrical was underground. The smoke detectors in the bedroom are in the wrong location and did show the City of Tucson agent on site that the smoke detectors need to be moved due to close to the doors and vent. The electrical was turned back on at the electrical panel and all was working. The gas was being turned back on. The property is owned by the City of Tucson and the tenant will be placed at another location due to smoke in the unit. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
